The Lindy occurrence is located between Frisco Creek and the Zymoetz River on a high ridge.

The area is underlain by andesites of the Jurassic Upper Telkwa Formation (Hazelton Group) which have been cut by quartz porphyry dikes and sills.

A shear zone, striking 170 degrees and dipping 35 degrees east in red andesite, is locally mineralized with chalcopyrite, bornite and tetrahedrite in a quartz gangue.

In 2005, samples taken by the British Columbia Geological Survey assayed up to 0.364 gram per tonne gold, 10.59 grams per tonne silver, 3.287 per cent copper, 0.500 per cent lead, 0.168 per cent zinc and 0.022 per cent molybdenum (Assessment Report 31853).

During 2008 through 2013, Casa Minerals Inc. completed programs of prospecting, geological mapping, geochemical (rock and soil) sampling and ground magnetometer surveys on the area as the Pitman property. In 2014, Abcana Capital Inc. entered into an agreement with Casa Minerals to acquire the Pitman property. During 2015 through 2017, Abcana and Casa Minerals completed programs of prospecting, reconnaissance geological mapping, and soil and rock sampling on the Pitman property.
